What Makes Attorney George McGregor Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?

George McGregor is a lifelong resident of New Orleans – excluding the four years he attended Louisiana State University, which were bookended with BCS National Championships (’03-’07).

Mr. McGregor started his legal career at the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office under Rule XX while still in law school. He then represented insurance companies at a prominent New Orleans law firm that only represented insurance companies. However, at both of those stops, Mr. McGregor felt like he was representing the wrong clients. Consequently, Mr. McGregor switched sides.

Mr. McGregor is a man of the people and that’s who he represents. Now his practice focuses on representing people against institutions, whether those institutions be the government or insurance companies.

Some of the people Mr. McGregor represents are facing criminal charges, others are simply trying be adequately compensated by their own insurance company following a disaster, and others are seeking compensation for injuries caused by someone else. In each case, Mr. McGregor represents a person seeking to have his or her rights protected and/or enforced.

Apart from his legal career, Mr. McGregor is an active member of Jesuit High School’s alumni association.

Also, in addition to being an active member in both the Irish Channel Marching Club and the Over the Mountain Athletic Club (“OTMAC”), Mr. McGregor has been a New Orleans Saints season ticket holder since 2000 and his family has had season tickets since John Gilliam returned the inaugural kickoff at Tulane Stadium in 1967. He was in that number at the 2006 NFC Championship in Chicago, the 2009 NFC Championship versus the Vikings in the Dome, and the tragedy that was the 2018 NFC Championship versus the Rams in the Dome.

Additionally, Mr. McGregor is married and has two sons, who he is currently indoctrinating as Saints fans.
